First Trade You'll Make in Franchise?

What's the first trade you're going to make in Franchise Mode?

I will probably look to acquire Nnamdi Asomugha in my Ravens franchise. If I convert Jarret Johnson to DE and throw in a couple high draft picks it should be a go.

Adding Asomugha to that defense would be ridiculous, giving them team a true lockdown corner.

I always trade a 3rd round pic from green bay for chad pennington as a backup. probably a bit too much for him but his accuracy gets it done and his awareness is high so that when i sim games he can win them,

Well I know some Panther fans will think I'm crazy and all. But since Steve smith is 31 and coming off a broken arm twice in 8 month period. I will trade him for a much younger WR like Akeem Nicks from Giants or Crabtree from the 49ers. I thought since why Smith overall is above 90. I thought I could trade him for a good but much younger WR to go with my other young players on the panthers roster right now.

I have no clue at this point. I'll have to look at some guys potentials. Probably look for some new safeties after I move Earl to corner

Cowboys... Well if this was real life, I'd make a trade for a Left Tackle. But since it doesn't matter who you put at that position (you could probably put your punter at LT, and still dominate opponent's RE) there's no since in wasting picks and players.

I'll probably trade for a safety like Atogwe.

                This.

My first thing will be to originaly trade the panthers best player and raiders best player to the pats before i start. And then trade the panthers player for their 2nd round pick and the raiders for their 1st.

Then I will trade the pats 3rd round pick and torry holt for mays. Then all probaly sign to too a 1 or 2 year deal. That is if hes still avalible, otherwise I will line up Brandon Tate on the otherside.

if the blocking works like ncaa and maddens suppose to have the same stuff then rating on tackles actually does matter.

                    Who?

I'll probably trade Albert Haynesworth. Maybe not immediately, though. Before the deadline definitely though - unless he's dominating. Then... all is forgiven.

Mays is ridiculous. You could just control him on D and that would cancel out his poor awareness. 6'3 with 95 leaps (but no catch) means you can just knock every pass down, and 95 hit power means he'll crush everyone. Throw in 95 speed and well, maybe one of the best defensive players in the game right out of the box if you control him. He will be super easy to get in trade as safeties don't hold much value in the game.

i'm not a big fan of trades as i don't like to change the real nfl rosters too much. however, if terrell owens ends up staying a free agent, he's mine on day one. i know a lot of people don't like him, but he's always been one of my favorite players.
My score for Madden 13: 4.5/10

3 points for graphics, 1 point for the passable commentary, and a half point for the boxart. I can give no further points since the all over the place gameplay would ruin it anyway.

As a fellow Panthers fan, yes, I'm about to give you a beat down here.
Smith is an elite reciever, and we already have two, young, dynamic recievers on the roster that you can have battle it out behind him.
                          What are you thinking??

Hehe. Well bro. You got to look at this way. He is 31 and by madden aging process. Steve would retire in another 3 years. He has trade value on him. Trade him for a better and younger WR and may be a 2nd or 3rd round pick out of the deal aswell.
