No, you used to be able to transfer to an offline dynasty, make a recruit then transfer back. You can't do that anymore.

This is the only thing stopping me from doing a single user online dynasty. I understand why ea took away the ability to save to an offline dynasty but there legit reasons to being able to save offline. EA should make it an option off the league commissioner whether to allow saving to offline dynasty.
