Pretty sure the 14th is the official date but I've been told you should be able to find it the 13th at videogame stores(EB, Babbages, ect..)

There are some rumblings that the release date of this game has been pushed up.

Anyone at OS can confirm this?

I believe the correct release date is August 12th. That's what EB Games has listed and that makes sense since video games, like DVDs and CDs usually get released on Tuesdays.

Hey MrBob, I have heard these "rumblings" as well. I have heard August 5th as a possible date. I guess we'l find out soon enough. If EA is done with the game and Sega isn't gonna release until September, why not go ahead and get your game out? I think moving it up a week could be possible.

Remember ladies and gents, ncaa 2004 was suppose to be in stores on 7/17. EB and Gamestop showed ship dates of 7/15, and we had the game on 7/15. Well EB and Gamestop show a Madden ship date of 8/12, EA says it will be in stores on 8/14. Sound a little familiar? 8/12 should be the date we get our grubby little hands on Madden.
