control multiple teams in franchise?

Can't seem to find this anywhere in the new posts so I'm gonna ask.Can you control more than one team in your franchise this year and if so how many teams?I think I remember a post awhile back stating you could have multiple franchises but I'm not sure so does anyone know?

I'm almost possitive that you can control all the teams this year if you want to.
