My main goals of the first season are to get a few first round draft picks and unload a lot of the dead weight on my roster. I will play all of the games after the first year and control everything in the organization.

I am currently working on getting the format of my presentation down and then I will begin the summary of the 2009-2010 season, followed by the off-season (Draft, Free Agency, etc.)

Instant Analysis: The Bucks wanted to get another young talented center to go along with Andrew Bogut and they definitely found that in Hasheem Thabeet. They also were lucky enough to strike at the right time as the Grizzlies gave up their 2010 1st Round pick as well. The Grizzlies drafted the 7'3" center with the 2nd pick in the 2009 NBA Draft, but cooled on him very quickly. Lester Hudson was just a throw in with an expiring contract to even out the financial considerations. In return the Grizzlies get sharpshooter Carlos Delfino and solid backup PG Luke Ridnour. The Bucks were eager to get rid of Delfino's remaining 2 years on his contract. Memphis could have developed Thabeet and their 2010 1st Round pick into something special, now the Bucks have that option.
