They were nice to NFL2K3, but I remember them liking Madden 2003 better. They also have new reviewers from last year.

Where did these numbers come from? Do you know if they have reviewable copies of the games?

You have to remember there are far more "casual" football gamers out there than hardcore heads. Madden will always appeal more to the masses because of the low learning curve. That is why I take those reviews with a grain of salt.

With that said, IGN rated 2K3 higher last year so not everyone is a casual gamer. But I do agree that reviews should be taken with a grain of salt. Unless there are multiple reviews with the same type of scores. But anyhow, you should'nt put your trust into a reviewer of the internet or a magizine because its basically his personal opinion and plus, why listen to a guy who may have rated Ghost Recon or Zelda the last month.

I don't trust EGM for sports reviews. I'll only trust the reviews we get right here at OS.
