Can You "Freeze" or "Turbo" Blitz In Madden 11?

I know turbo blitzing is a no-no online however I dont play online and used Turbo or Freeze blitzing to help my pass rush.

What I call Turbo or Freeze blitz is set up as follows:

Press Triangle
Hold L3 down
Hold R3 at an angle down
Hold R2

at the snap:
Release R3 and move towards OLman
just before you engage with OT flick R3 right or left
this would help get your defender past the OL.

Now with strategy pad and no turbo(which Im ok with) can this technique still be done?

I read in another post it can and has been but Id like for some one who has been able to do it to let us know

It is, however I stated I dont play online just for offline use only

with strategy pad i dont think you can...did EA actually remove an exploit?

Why not learn how to play without cheating the A.I.? I get that you're saying you play offline but why would you wan to use a cheap tactic to help out your pass rush. You should just adjust the sliders. Also, don't ask for cheese tips at a place like OS, google a Madden stratedy site or get an E-Book. At the very least restrict your request to a PM.

It's this kind of stuff that has people losing respect for the people that post here.

I respect the site and the members here, but lighten up.....anyone who has played madden knows about cheese & nanos and exploits.

All I was asking is doesn anyone know if its in the game plus with the knew strategy pad if it can be done.

Im not looking to insult or start any heat but guys please relax ok its just a game and by the comments so far a "bad" one at that.
