Anyone on PS3 can have the 5 ability Gold Star CAPs if you follow these directions:

Be careful though, it overwrote my user profile. I didn't care but some might. Well worth it IMO. I'm sure there's a way around it. Probably by just making a duplicate profile in-game so it only overwrites one.

It connects your Xbox 360 Hard Drive to your computer and allows you to upload files from or download files to your Hard Drive. You can do a google search if you're looking for ways to buy, but I saw one on eBay for $5.
