Just got the new PSM with football reviews
 

And Madden received a 10 and Espn 9 NCAA 10.

But they did say for the hardcored sim footabll fans that ESPN was the better choice.

I think that's fair. ESPN game of choice for hardcore sim fans and Madden for 9 yr. old football video gamers. Takes no real thought or skill and the player models are comical..great for kids.

They did review ESPN Football. 9/10. They said the first person view is good, but with some tweaking could be much better. About the only thing they mentioned that's better than Madden is the presentation and AI. Madden is clearly the better game, but ESPN Football isn't bad at all. If I had the money I'd get both, but sadly I have to stick with the one I think is the best, and that's Madden.

They said Madden 2004 is the best football game ever. :)

This comes from a Madden fan...at a different forum...so not sure how accurate the details are, but seem relative.
