Anyway here are my sliders and a shot of the spreadsheet I have been using to make modifications. I want a challenging game that does not feel cheap (like the CPU breaking 30 tackles or my receivers continually dropping passes uncontested). I play FS exclusively and rarely change players. I'm pretty sure I started w/ NJ's sliders and modified to my liking.
HUM/CPU
QA: 40/35
PB: 35/0
WC: 55/45
RA: 45/45
RB: 55/30
PC: 100/30 - from my testing, 25 gives too large a delay in CPU reaction time, 35 has CPU reacting before the receiver
PR: 30/0

The only complaints are that it seems like my receivers have the ball knocked out of their hands much more frequently than the CPU, and (I have felt for years) that my defenders just don't play the ball like the CPU's defenders play the ball.
What I have seen with the zero threshold is that my quick players can get around the corner in the backfield when they should be able to, and that when a quick player gets into the open field, he is likely gone. I have NOT seen WRs flying past DBs as has been mentioned many times on these boards. Rarely do I see separation between a WR and a DB. LBs are a different story, as they should be. Maybe it's because I have crappy receivers or because I don't user catch, I don't know.
You may notice that some of the games listed are 4-min quarters - just played these for a quick test. I'm really just trying to make it somewhat challenging without feeling cheap. Thanks for reading!
