    Cpu vs Cpu Madden 11

Fellow cpu vs cpu heads so far the games look good out the box on default sliders 12 min quarters 15 min acc. Had some very good games so far. I watched a very good Jets vs Broncos game Broncos won 10 - 3 in the snow in Denver.

In franchise sim any chance ALL of the games follow the same time setting?

Correction I spoke to soon, I should of known it was too good to be true.

        So...no?
That would be disappointing, although they did say they were only going to tweak stats and not overhaul franchise.

ANY chance, in spectate mode, you get injuries?
That is assuming your version of cpu/cpu is "spectate"?

Game coming soon, so I'll check myself...just curious!?

No injuries are not fixed in Cpu vs Cpu mode. I just tested it.

Still no injuries in CPU vs CPU! I wont be buying this year.
Madden Xbox and PC 25 (CPU vs CPU), Footbal Mogul 25 (CPU vs CPU), Front Office Football 9 (CPU vs CPU), NBA 2K23 (CPU vs CPU), and several Military and 4X PC simulations.

              I'm bummed about it too.

I might do coach mode for this though since they added Gameflow...

If you do coach mode does the sliders for HUM have any affect? I would think not since you aren't really controlling the team except from plays being called.

Is it possible to play coach mode against another user in online franchise?

when I watch CPU vs. CPU I rarely see sacks whether they run a 4-3 or 3-4 defense. This doesn't even change when I raise the pass rush setting of the CPU skill to 95 and drop the Pass blocking rating. Anyone seeing more sacks??

I watched a game with the default settings and saw Stafford (Lions) get knocked all over the place by the 49ers. They pressured him quite a bit and ended up with 4 sacks. The Lions actually finished with 3 of their own.

Ok, this may be a stupid question, and I apologize for that. What exactly is coach mode? I've never done it or used it in the past so Im not sure.

QB will pass the ball after YOU snap, if you do nothing to take control.
Really all you do is call the play and snap and let the CPU do the rest.
                        ...kinda like coaching

Playing coach mode you essentially just call the plays and watch the CPU play it out. However, you still have to control all of the kicking. The coach mode setting, when turned on, let's the CPU control your QB so that he will throw the football. With it off, you are responsible for making throws. Coach mode can be a lot of fun. I am in an online coach mode dynasty for NCAA 11 and it's a blast.

I enjoy playing coach mode for my franchise, and more so since you can design your own gameplan. What I have done is I have taken my coaches gameplan and tweeked it and added some plays while leaving others for both offense and defense. It is a lot of fun and i am enjoying this years game.
