    Animation Stuttering

I'm surprised not to have read any posts regarding the absolutely unacceptable quality of huddle/sideline animations in Madden.

Players heads snap from pose to pose like a nervous bird on crack. Most of the pre-play animations are so jittery that they make my neck sore.

More to the point they give the entire game a nervous, stuttery feel.

As a company that hires animation professionals, I cannot fathom how the animations can be so broken. A first year animation student can key frame those poses smoothly.

Although the animation on the field is much better, even it seems slightly off - as if it were running on a pc that can't quite keep up.

The overall effect of this is a game that feels unpolished and incomplete.

I admire what the Madden team is attempting to do. I really wanted to buy this one - but something seems terribly wrong here.

NCAA felt much more like a smooth and finished product.
    Your thoughts?

I've always thought that both NCAA and Madden had that nervous, stuttery look and feel to it since they've been on next gen systems. The transition animations during gameplay are especially bad.
