    Auto-Strafe: On or Off?

I am having trouble deciding whether or not I should have auto-strafe on or off. What is your preference?

I don't like it because when you have your safety trying to cut off someone running down the sidelines he's strafing so you're not running full speed.

Agreed. I have it off as well. also hard ot chase someone to the flats with a linebacker when he is strafing. I only want to strafe at very particular times.

Agree with the two posters above. This is something that you should control yourself.

You have to take quite a few steps in one direction before the Auto Strafe disengages. This is all the time that a receiver or running back needs to get away from you.

Auto Sprint is one thing. On, off, that's up to the user. But with Auto Strafe, I think that the cons far out weigh the pros, where the only pro would be if you lack the dexterity to hit a trigger while performing other actions, you would not have to.

Do yourself a favor. Leave it off.

I personally play with it off.

I had to turn it off as well! Hard to cover WRs crossing the middle while strafing!

I had to turn it "off", my players were strafing at the wrong time.

I found that if u use the old turbo button it cancels out the straffe! A lot of times I was over persuing players when I had auto strafe off and sometimes when I was going to strafe it wasn't reacting fast enough. But when using auto strafe on and using the old turbo button to cancel it out felt more like what I was used to!

This isn't just me right? Hitting the old turbo button usually gets ur dude outta strafe mode right?

Edit: Ok just went to double check And this defintly works! Hope this helps some of u because I didn't like it (auto strafe) on at first because of same above reasons but I found playing with it off was too much to deal with without the turbo to go along with it and was missing tackles and coverage because of it I think! But this definitly makes defense feel a lot more like what I'm used to!
