Trick02 Heisman Sliders Post Patch
 
Changes in red.

Gameplay Options
Skill: Heisman
Recruiting: Heisman
Quarter Length: 8 minutes
Game Speed: Slow
Threshold: 0
HFA/Ice the K: On

I keep user and comp the same because i already like the challenge of heisman this just makes it so the game will end with better and more realistic stats.

User/CPU Sliders
QB Accuracy: 10
Pass Blocking: 25(was 20)
WR Catch: 35(was 50)
RB Ability: 45
Run Blocking: 25
Pass Coverage: 100(was 50)
Pass Rush: 35(was 60)
Interceptions: 5(was 25)
Rush Defense: 0(was 60)
Tackling: 35
FG Power: 5(was 50)
FG Accuracy: 75(was 100)
Punt Power: 35(was 50)
Punt Accuracy: 35(was 50)
Kickoff Power: 50

wow how do u even run the ball i play on hesiman with miami and i got cpu run d on 55 and i can hardly even get a yard an i got my user slider for run block on 45 and i play 10 minute qtrs and hardly ever break a 100 yards

With RB ability at 50 and tackle at 35 it allows for a lot more missed tackles. I started on default Heisman and power backs are a waist. Hell a kicker can get a tackle on a guy with 99 trucking. With these sliders i get around 4-4.5 ypc against equal competition and can still get the big ypc numbers against poor teams.

for Special Teams I use
User/CPU
FG Power-15/15
FG Accuracy-5/60
Punt Power-30/40
Punt Accuracy-5/55
Kickoff Power-35/45
I play Heisman 7 minute quarters Threshold-15
All penalties 100 except holding, facemask, and clipping 55
I like these sliders ALOT except like always worried the pass rush may be a bit too much and that the running game for the CPU may not get off the ground with User 60 Run Defense
now pass rush isn't as much a problem as my concern for the CPU getting their yards on the ground too

could you comment on that? other than that with my few additions these sliders are what I've been looking for

In my opinion, running the football is based on the run block slider. Put it up from 25 & I guarantee it's a difference.

First off ty for your suggestion on Special Teams and Penalties. I was more focused on offense defense and only put FG accuracy at 100 so the cpu would stop missing 35 yarders.

For me the majority of my sacks come from coverage sacks. i use a high pass rush for both side so you don't have all day to sit back in the pocket. I like the feeling of knowing right when i hit hick that i will have to go through my reads quickly in order to not be sacked or hit white throwing.

As for the run game i think it again all comes down to the tackle rating of 35. Even at 60 there is times the Rb will make it 5 or more yards before having to think about juking/trucking a defender and if he does pull it off you can see the cpu rack up the ypc.

I have made a lot of changes to the orig sliders after playing some more games and am getting better stats from these. Enjoy.
