Chicago Bears Madden 2011 Thread
This is a place for Bears fans to post their changes necessary to get the rosters accurate. I recommend the following and more:
-Post CAPs (even if you think they are half a**ed they are still a start) -Post player rating changes -Post roster moves to make the team more accurate -And anything else that will make the game better for us Bears fans. I will do my entire Bears breakdown later tonight and post my personal CAPs for HB Harvey Unga, TE Kellen Davis, and RT J'Marcuss Webb. Don't let my CAPs keep you from posting yours though. Thanks and Bear Down. |
Re: Chicago Bears Madden 2011 Thread
- Devin Aromashodu could stand to be around 74 overall. Bump up his awareness and catch in traffic and it gets him around to where he should be. He's proving to be our most reliable and formidable receiver. Plus his speed is at least 4-5 off.
- Al Afalava needs to be dropped to about 68. He's on the bubble to even make the roster. - Manning moved to FS since it's looking like he's starting there. - Lance Louis could maybe use a bump so he's not a 68 starter because it's looking like he'll be at RG. Which means he needs to be changed to a RG - Garza moved to LG. - Steltz moved to FS and lowered a touch. He becomes a 72 when moved. Need to get him back down to 68-69. - Kreutz lowered to at least 80 - Izzy Idonije raised. Dude is solid and always gets screwed on here. ALSO, How dang beastly is Knox at Kick returns!! I have to force myself not to use the 1 man back return formation because you can go house with it almost everytime with him. Fingers crossed this translates into reality!!! |

Re: Chicago Bears Madden 2011 Thread
Great work on the CAP!

Re: Chicago Bears Madden 2011 Thread
Yep looks good, too bad Unga is IRed though, but there is always next year. I made a CAP for this player but I didn't release the ratings because he is going to be in a roster I am releasing (It would take too long if i posted ratings for every player) would be interesting to see how my Harvey Unga compares to yours. Rotoworld is pretty tough on the guy, saying that he doesn't have the talent to make it in the NFL and the bears wasted a 7th rounder on him. IIRC I am not sure but since he was IRed right away doesn't that get Chicago some kind of compensation pick of some sort since he never played a down, was injured on the field (didn't quit or whatever) through no fault of his own. I also did a J'Marcus Webb CAP, that guy is huge.

Re: Chicago Bears Madden 2011 Thread
I am very excited for what J'Marcuss Webb can be in a couple years, I am almost convinced he could be our starting RT by seasons end, not likely but I can dream. All I know is Frank Omiyale did worse at RT than he did at LG all last year and he is just not starting material.
As for the Unga cap, just did allot of comparision with a couple young power backs such as Kahlil Bell and just read some scouting reports although looking at his 40-time his speed may be a little generous so will will just call it potential. It sucks that he is on IR, besides being a very strong power back he was very surprisingly a good receiving back too and would probably be a great fit in Martz's system, oh well maybe next year but atleast I have a cap to have him on Madden. Anyways J'Marcus Webb as promised: Player Info Name: J'Marcus Webb Position: RT Number: 73 Handedness: Right College: W. Texas A&M Birthday: 8 Aug 1988 Hometown: Worth, Texas Years Pro: 0 (Rookie) Weight: 335 Height: 6'8" Equipment Helmet Type: Revolution Face Mask: Revo Full Cage 2 Pad Height: 70% Sleeves: Sleeveless Left/Right Hand: OL Black Thigh/Knee Pads: Large Shoes: Nike Super OL Hi Top Ratings OVR 68 STR 88 AGI 59 SPD 59 ACC 63 AWR 52 CTH 35 CAR 28 THP 19 KPW 17 KAC 24 TAK 16 PBK 76 RBK 84 JMP 62 RET 12 TRK 35 ELU 23 BCV 23 SFA 26 SPM 20 JKM 16 IBL 67 RBS 85 RBF 82 PBS 81 PBF 78 PMV 16 FMV 12 BSH 27 PUR 24 PRC 16 MCV 12 ZCV 15 SPC 12 CIT 29 RTE 12 POW 24 PRS 45 RLS 22 SAC 17 MAC 17 DAC 14 RUN 18 PAC 12 INJ 92 STA 77 TGH 84 Just like Unga I can't find any faces I like for him so you are on your own there. I guess people like my Unga CAP so with that said if you would like a Bears player CAPed that isn't already on the game just name them and I will see what I can do. I will get Kellen Davis up tomorrow since they took him off the game and he will have the credit he deserves while still being low rated. |
Re: Chicago Bears Madden 2011 Thread
