Graphics - xbox bump mapping, better textures, maybe faster
Sound - custom soundtrack, 5.1
Control - NFL 2k = DC...xbox controller = dc controller
plus unlimited saves, maybe only good online title.

I'm not even going to look at the PS2 version.

Look what Gamepro gave Madden. They seem to like the PS2 graphics better than X-Box

This appears pretty honest. It gives both games a fun factor of 5.
