'Due to Membership Limitations...360'

So I ask those that know, 360 owner here and I'm trying to start an Online Dynasty but I get the 'Due to Membership Limitations' yadda yadda message.

I've search these boards using "membership AND limitations" and I get a few hits but all the answers are like, 'you don't have a Gold Membership'

I have confirmed I have an active Gold Membership via xbox.com so, what else gives?

Any ideas? Thanks for your time and I appreciate your reading this.

EDIT: Bingo!!! Someone on another board PM'd me and said to Change Voice and Text to "everyone" and that fixed it! Sorry to bother folks with this.
