Abilities question

Since There is file out to unlock all 5 abilities for GOLD, I wonder could there be a way to make a file to maybe have 3 to 5 abilities for silver and bronze?

I don't think that's possible,
Where did you find the file for 5 abilities?

The file is for PS3. You cannot create a silver with more than two abilities.

Its a shame that gold can be changed but not the others..
I am going to make players and wonder is there a limit on how many I can make??
