When you don't have any recruiting needs during a season...
Who do you recruit?? Do you take more chances compared to a rebuilding year recruiting wise?

Recruit the posistions that would become a need the next year. Also go for the best available. :P

I usually look for positions where I have a logjam of players. I'll lose them all eventually, and some sooner instead of later. You have to realize that not every year can be the #1 recruiting class year. Just go for depth. Try to get positions that are a little more difficult to recruit that may become a need soon (FB, K, P, TE) or just get some OL depth. Those guys can be moved around before their freshman season so picking up a couple OL every year is a must, even if they are just going to be career back up 3 star guys.

i always look at where my weaknesses lie and recruit for depth. my boards are filled the same whether or not i have "needs". just because you have a full roster doesn't mean they're all good players.

I try to haul in a plethora of 4 and 5-star athletes.

OL depth, OL depth, OL depth.
And then reach for 4/5-star guys. |

you basically shouldn´t ever have team-needs in the first place, if at all possible one should allways recruit 1 year ahead and look at current juniors on your team and not seniors.
