looking for a ground n pound team...

Hey guys need some input. Messed around with wisconsin one day n now I'm looking for a team to start with. Preferrably a lower tier team to ground n pound. I get more of a challenge when I run the ball a lot. I wanna build a team around running the rock n a smash mouth defense. Thanks

You could take a look at Mississippi St. or Wake Forest. Both have mobile QBs and are rated at or near the bottom of their conference.

I'm currently running one with Wake Forest, using Air Force's playbook (a thing of beauty) and really enjoying it so far even though the QB I chose as my starter (Skylar Jones) can't hit the broad side of a barn. Wake has 4 or 5 running backs with pretty similar ratings so I just used formation subs to make sure I utilize all of them to keep them fresh. This also makes it more interesting cause you're always using different backs.

So far, I'm 2-2 and having a blast. Good luck with whoever you choose.

BTW, I supersim defense so I can't help you with the smashmouth defense part....sorry.

I think you can pick any team you want. If you pick a good team to do this with you wont feel like you built it. Just pick a team you want and recruit for the type of team you want to build. Five years from now any team can be a ground and pound team.

      Buffalo Bills
      Baltimore Orioles

I agree 100%...I think that's one of the beauties of starting an Dynasty. Taking a program and
Putting on your coaching stamp on it.
