So as some of you may know, I won the very exclusive Ebay auction for a copy of NBA Elite 11 for the Playstation 3. I will keep this introduction very short, as there is a lot to get to.
Firstly, The gameplay is 100% the exact same as the demo. They did patch the dunking distance though, which is good. But every no and then, they still take off from the Free Throw line, but mainly will blow the dunk. Everything else is literally 100% the same!
I will be giving a lot of my feelings towards the game/input/reviews in my videos and not on the web. Make sure to watch!
I intend to be one of if not the only source of information about the retail version of this game. I intend to cover this game inside and out throughout the season. I was well aware of the community involvement with this story when I purchased the game. I will do my best to answer every single question from everyone. Although you must understand, with this topic being on two forums (Operation Sports & NBA Live Series Center) the quantity of questions may be great, and may overwhelm me at times. Please, please do not PM me about the game. I really hate to have a full inbox, and I would really appreciate it if you would respect this wish. Other than that, any question about the game is fair ground. I will be making many, many, many youtube videos showing off match-ups, ratings, player faces, courts etc.
I can handle criticisms, and negativity, but try not to flood the posts with disrespect. Let guys who truly want to know about the game, get their answers. The main topic that seems to be popular is the amount of $ I spent. Everyone's financial situation is different, and I am very fortunate to be able to afford luxuries like this. I felt that this opportunity was too good to let slip.
I wanted this game to go to someone who will love and cherish it for eternity! It would be a tragedy for this game to have ended up in the hands of someone who wanted it for the monetary gain. I have every single NBA Live since 1994, and to have this opportunity pass by me, was unthinkable.
I am an extremely fortunate individual, and am very glad to be able to bring this game to you lot. I truly want you to feel as though you are playing this game vicariously through me.
