i have two days trying to get a ranked game going more than 1QTR...i spent my money just to play online and i cant even do that...words cant express my disappointment.

When offline modes are perfect hopefully! I would prefer if they scrapped online modes all together to concerntrate on offline modes

That is so ridiculous. They'll never do that. Do you know how many customers they'd lose doing that !?

i wouldnt say most ppl but alot of gamers...there's still more offline gamers then online with sports...why because online dont matter the company always has issues .....mlb the show,madden, the list goes on....

with the Jordan challenge, they actually created a wonderful offline mode for many people to play with. basketball games have become stale the last few years and online was definitely a main reason to get one, so you can play with other guys. otherwise its basically the same game with slight improvements in graphics and AI every year.

one reason i switched to Live 10 last year was because of my disappointment with 2K9's online. i'm glad i did because 2k10 wasn't any better online. and Live 10 was perhaps the best Live to have. plus if EA was doing anything right with their basketball games, it was the online access. i never experienced the half-an-hour wait for matching like i did in 2k9, lag is minimal.

2K basketball is a great game. too bad the online part is not up to par with the rest of the game. i do hope they do something about it now. they shouldn't wait for EA to come up with a superior game with superior online, or any other dev studio, before they realize they've neglected one major aspect in an otherwise great game

Lack of online is really killing this game tho, I haven't got it yet but all these issues are turning me off from it. Its a sports game, you buy it to play competitively. So if I'm not playing my friends I wanna play online.

Its 2010 I've come to the conclusion if you still ain't got ya system hooked up playing online its because your not good enough to compete. If your good at the game you'd wanna compete against other people. Not play association mode all day, I mean tht's coo when ya bored sometimes.

Sports games to me should have the best online experience because they're made to compete.
