Dirk Signature Shot Help

I am trying to pull off one of Dirk's most famous shots. It's a little hard to describe other than to say it's a spinning jumping off of one foot fadeaway. He usually does it from the right high post. A lot of times up there it will simply be a step back fadeaway, but he also has a specific move where he spins, and kind of launches an off balance fadeaway off of one foot. If you watch much Mavs basketball you will know what I'm talking about.

Anyways, I'm just looking for help with how to pull that move off in NBA 2K11. I'm sure something like that is capable. If I can find a video of the shot in real life I'll post it as a comment, I'm currently looking. Maybe the Czar will put one up.

About 1:45 into this video there's a pretty good look at it. Sometimes its done from 4 or 5 feet deeper, but this is the move right here.

You can definitely do that. Its pretty early in the process. But hopefull I can post some videos on Dirk soon.

Good to hear you can do that, because I've been trying to get some of Dirk's sigs through just backing down and fading away and it looks exactly the same as his 2k10 sig, which is easily blockable and nothing like his real fadeaway. Hope to see the vid soon!
