No offense guys but I was never a fan of those 49ers uniforms. I like the ones they wore in the 1980's. Nice, classic look.

HOWEVER, what I WOULD like to see is the 1994-95 49ers team in the game. I'd love to see a collection of Super Bowl winners in the game. I don't care if they just put in numbers and we have to manually edit the names later but I just think after NBA 2K11, this would be a great feature in ALL sports games.

Anyway, I would like them as well, but I really want the 96-08 uniforms. Simply, grab a copy of 2k5, put all the varients that were in that game and keep the current ones that have come out since then.

i thought the 49ers changed their jerseys back to an older version. the differences between each jersey are pretty subtle (comparatively) its hard to remember.

They did change it to an older version. The current 49ers jersey is essentially a throwback to the 1980s uniforms. Not an exact replica of what those old uniforms are, but pretty close.

The 94-95 jerseys look almost what I'd describe as a beta version of their 1998-2008 jerseys.

I LOVE the gold used in the 80s/current Niner uniforms though. So much nicer than the mustard gold/cardinal red combo.


I'm going to throw my jersey-loving hat in the ring and say they need my Eagles' 90s kelly green uniform in the game. To those who say "they're already in"...no...just...no. The 1960s jerseys are entirely different.

Though, I completely agree with PG84. EA should take ap age out of 2k's book, change the layout of the team select screen so you can select your uniform from that (full screen, just the uniform) with home and away versions of each (when applicable) including throwbacks from ALL years, with extra attention to detail.
