Coach mode?

I've seen a few posts about a coach mode. Two questions:

1) Where in Madden 11 is it located?

2) What exactly is coach mode?

Coach mode is under the my settings tab>gameplay tab. Coach mode allows you to pick the plays and the cpu carries them out. Its preferred by some since it let's the user make the decisions and the play itself has no input from the user essentially leveling the playing field vs the cpu.
