How are you guys defending the Heat?

I am playing with the Magic. I have struggled with defending the Heat (rightfully so) I am not expecting to stop them just trying to get an idea how you guys are defending them. First time i matched up with them i forced James to take jump shots and contained Wade pretty well, but Bosh absolutely killed me with the baseline jumper. The Heat pulled away in the 4th and won by 10. Second match-up I was able to stop Bosh but James dropped 36 on me and i lost by 1. Its hard to double any of them at all but i found a nice mix as far as defensive assignments. Whats everyones approach when playing the Heat?

I played against the Heat in my Association mode as the Hornets. I had Paul play Wade tight the entire game and matched Paul's substitution with Wade's for consistency. I doubled James the moment he touched the rock and I forced Bosh to beat me. James played very well, scoring 33 but Bosh and Wade were held to under 20.

Here's the box score (10 min. quarters using JDs sliders)

How they supposed to deal with my perfect present?"

        1. Click on your picture in the upper left hand corner of the screen where it says OVR: (number).
        2. Click on the dynasty tab
        3. Click on dynasty table generator
        4. Basketball (NBA) and choose either detailed (what I have) or simplified

I suggest signing up because then you can save your team and not have to input them every time (but you'll have to input the CPU team).

        Hope that helps

Wow never seen that. thanks. lol

As for the thread, I played them all straight up, and doubled wade when they left him out there with the bench guys. Worked alright until the forth. Lost by about 20.

I've never seen that chart before either. That's pretty good stuff.

I basically do my best to make Bosh beat me...not easy though. Wade and James will go off in the 4th every time.

I give the open jumper to big Z/Joel Anthony/Dexter Pittman every time. I want to encourage them to shoot the ball as much as possible.

If nothing else is working, I go 1-3-1 to mix it up...and just pray Mike Miller isn't shooting well.
You shouldn't worry about what others think of you, because if you knew how little they did, you would be insulted.
