Have you seen Pennington play? I think he maybe misfired on like 10 passes the entire season. Look at the INT numbers for all those people, because there is more than just completion percentage.

It's Madden 2004. It's not Strat-O-Matic, so they don't have to make the ratings identical to what the player did last year. For example Harrington should have a much better year so their anticapating that.

Plus where are you getting your rankings from anyway? I ahve the strategy guide in front of me and they'r ejust...all....WRONG.....
Brooks is an 89, Vick is a 95, McNabb is a 95. Harrington is a 79, Ramsey is a 76, Pennington is an 88, and of course Gannon is a 97 )just had to add that in there gleefully)

The Prima Guide's ratings are wrong. The guys at Football Gaming compared the ratings in the guide and the ratings on the xbox/pc.
