    I love this game, but. . .

I've noticed that players who play hurt limp up and down the court which is fine. My issue comes in when they then are able to play lights out offense and/or defense.

For instance. Marvin williams for the hawks was going up against anthony randolph. the difference in overall is 13 randolph is a 77 and williams is a hurt 64.

Now if this were "real" any coaches eyes would light up. especially considering that randolph abuse josh smith last game almost fouling him out and putting 29 on him.

I immediately run a post up play to randolph and cant' seem to move williams is every like some sort of spider monkey, then he steals the ball.

now it's not a hug deal as williams was a steaming pile of garbage on offense, though, I've never seen him actually do well healthy or otherwise.

But I had a hurt pg who was able to d up collison like it was no big deal.

williams had a knee injury and my guy had an ankle. both injuries limited mobility.

That's it for em the only real issue I have is that i would like to see the players that are hurt have it reflect in more than a slow jog up and dwon the court.

What also bugs me about this feature is if players were hurt enough to wear they were slowly limping up and down the court, the coach would not play them.

I hate it when mine or the opposing team has an injured player and he just gingerly limps up the court, causing the offense to take forever to run a play.

If a player is hurt enough to where he is limping on the court, he should not be in the game. The NBA is played at such a fast place, no one who is limping would be able to keep up and the game should reflect accordingly.

Agreed, that limping thing is silly. They should have sped the limping players up cuz that snail pace coming up the court forcing the offense to wait makes no sense. He shouldnt even be in the game moving that slow!

      Hopefully they change that.

Maybe they only actually play through the pain when they have to guard their man. Or maybe they just choose to "Paul Pierce", you know "Act" like you hurt to inspire the team. When they bring out the wheelchair that's surely gives it away.

Sometimes you don't have that option. I know in my Assoc. when I'm playing against the CPU, they would still START an injured player and then pull him out when there's a dead ball. But by halftime, said Injured player is starting the 2nd half.

There's too many injuries in this game. Almost every game I play no matter the team on NBA today, there is some type of injury to a player. Jordan My player they are not that frequent, but in NBA today games they happen at least 90% of the time.

It doesn't always work like that. Wesley Matthews had plantar fasciitis and while he didnt limp he ran like Oberto so I benched him and took him off the active list.

It's not realism when your opponent keeps a player limping up and down the court in the game when he can't even keep up with any player on the court.

Once again, we DON'T have the option as gamers when it involves the other team

Real talk: that injury is terrible in real life.

but when you put a hurt guy on the reserve list, his mood changes and becomes upset/uneasy that hes not getting playing time... wtf!

sometimes i just turn off/on the injuries because players seem to get injured or hurt every other game...its kinda tough to enjoy the game when you gotta use your bench guys all the time. im just sayin...
