Just played the Madden 2004 PC demo...\"WHY?\"
 

System Specs....

Pentium 4 2800@3100: 800mhz FSB
1 gig of Corsair Platnium DDR 3200 mhz Ram
Asus P4P800 Deluxe
Geforce FX 5900 Ultra 256megs of ram..
Audigy 2 Sound card

As you can see...I sport a rig...


EA wtf is up with those weak graphics and animations..

Those graphics on my system...with 8x AA turned on...don't hold a candle to the ESPN 2k4 Xbox demo...

EA don't you think it's about time we stop writing your code (Games) for the weakest comon denominator...and stop giving us guys with great setups weak scraps....

The PS2 is 5 year old technology...I can't see how you guys sell so much software...With this business model..It is mind boggling....

This rant is for the guys with Great computers and Xboxs..

Step up to the plate milkers.....Don't you think it's about time, or are you guys going to milk this weak arse engine till the PS3...

If so....I'll be seeing ya...

The ps2 is the number one money maker for EA so I don't think they'll change.

One day that will be thier demise...Some one will come along and show them how to treat their fans..

It will be the same old rehashed game till the PS3 comes out..If you find that logical..When there are better solutions to write your games for...Then you are just a victim of the cycle, and I feel for ya...

I have never seen a year madden was released on the PC where the graphics were the same as the consoles. I highly doubt this year is any different.

If the game is written for the 5 year old PS2...does that answer any of my questions, or advance gaming in general...

I want answers from the developers themselves...This cycle must stop...

I just know it will not stop, as long as so many people eat it up like candy...

That ESPN Xbox demo "OWNS" this Madden demo on my setup(A 3000 dollar computer)...That is sad my friends...


You can try to candy coat it however you like...That is just not right...

i played the pc version last year and the ps2 version. The pc version was completely different and so were the graphics.
