Operation Sports Forums - Question about top school quick commit

This happens all the time. I count on it in my first week. I like to get 2-5. When I was Texas once I got 6 the first week.

 This is by no means scientific but I have done my own little study to find out why they commit...take it for what it’s worth.

I go through the first week and offer everyone a scholarship. I record what topic came when I offered the scholarship. I reload the game and take the recruits that instant commit and find out what they value that topic. Almost every single time it was what that had as their “Most.”

Additionally, I also spend 6 hours per recruit for 2 weeks and find out what every recruit on the board has as their Most and Very High topics. I then reload and start from the beginning offering scholarships only when these topics come up.

I have done this with multiple teams over and over starting new games just to get these results.

It does not happen every time you offer and does not happen every week, (different players commit each time I reloaded) but almost always when they did instant commit, they instant commit when I had an A+ in their most and offered a scholarship when that topic come up.

This is by no means meant to be an exact test and I cannot confirm the results will work for everyone. But whenever I play I only offer scholarships when I see a topic come up that I have an A+ in to increase the chance I get an instant commit.

Like I said doing this I get 2-5 on the first week beginning each season.
