Celtics Rotation with Shaq, West and Perkins?
 

What is your rotation if you are using the Celtics? In real life, Shaq, West and Perkins are injured, but once they are back it is impossible to keep everybody happy in my Association. All the Role Players are unhappy. Shaq wants to start, West and Robinson want more minutes, i don't know what O'Neal wants, Wafer is unhappy... I don't have any flexibility, because the starters and Davis also want their 36+ minutes. It's a nightmare. Shaq and West already lost 18 points, Robinson is -9. I will have to trade them. The bench of the Celtics is too deep, they have too many goog players. They only other thing I can try is to restart my Association with player roles turned off.

I have the same problem, I'm considering restarting my association and starting the season by trading away some of the bench. Both Nate and Shaq seem to have impossible to fill ego's and even though in real life they are fine, this game over does this and makes it impossible to manage the Celtics properly.

I might trade Jermaine and West/Robinson away for some younger rookies or good draft picks.

Proof that 'Player Roles' is a broken system. I've been turning it off for many years now. Us users are the coach, we (think we) know whats best for the rotation. Any player unhappy can sit down and shut up. (clearly as the topic creator mentioned, this is not a problem in real life, especially for the celtics)

i think everyone in my celts association is unhappy except for the big 4. perk is unhappy at 28-30 per, baby is unhappy at 24 per, and nate is unhappy at 24 per. shaq and nate want trades now, and delonte, baby, jo, and perk are probably not far behind. perhaps i spread the minutes too thin to start the season, thus i pissed EVERYONE off instead of just a couple dudes, and apparently there is no repairing these relationships either. and we're the 1 seed in the east. not sure how much better i can make it for these a-holes. as they say, "boston is a brotherhood," but you wouldn't know it from all these disgruntled dudes. next time around, i'm disabling player roles.

I think i'm going to have to restart my association and disable these player roles, but i really do think that they are a very good feature for the game if they weren't so bugged. Currently they are just unusable.

Before you start your Association, try editing the player's role in the roster file.

Shaq is stater in my association, Nate is a role player, Perkins is the 6th man, and West is on the bench and he's not even complaining. Jermain is the only one complaining but I don't care cuz I suck with him. Also to the guy that said he's trading Nate...you are nuts he's a beast in this game if you know how to use him. I have him as my starting PG in my Fantasy draft association, because I got rid of Mo Williams for a good SG.
