Please help me trick my gameplan properly
 

OK I've done some reading and searching around here and can not quite locate the info containing exactly, step by step, how to set up my franchise for realism with the gameplans. I am using Playmaker's sliders and have this part covered. I'm getting great games with his sliders...It's the play calling and individual team tendancies I am searching for..

When creating a new franchise I assume I need to take ownership of all teams and then I can make these game plans, right? For every team? And specifically, I've been hearing that the reason to gameplan is so that I can cut out streaks and cb blitzs and other plays that arent normally called IRL so that when I play the cpu in my franchise, I will get more traditional play calling...right?

How do I set these gameplans up and what other changes are you guys using to have great games?
