    Week 14: Patriots @ Bears

Never too early to start looking ahead to the next game.

This was the one game that got changed in Week 14, being moved back to 4:15pm EST on CBS.

Should be a great game. Hopefully we can get plenty of pressure on Cutler and force him to make some mistakes. Coming off a short week concerns me but if we play like we did tonight, we'll have a good shot of leaving Chicago with a victory.

The early weather forecast in Chicago is snow showers with a high of 24/low of 5. Also supposed to be very windy. Could make for a very interesting game.

I want snow. Without snow, there is no way the Bears win.

I'm not saying the Pats are bad in snow (as evidenced by their beating on Tenn last year), but snow can lead to wonky plays and those tend to be more luck based than talent/skill based.

Just reading up, if the Patriots went this game without a turnover, it would set an NFL record with 5 consecutive games without a turnover.

Right now, the Patriots have 9 turnovers in 12 games. The NFL record for fewest turnovers in a season is 13.

I fully expect a loss Sunday to the Pats. However I'd keep my eyes peeled for the Pats let down coming off a huge win like this. They are ripe for the upset after a performance like that when everyone is going to be all over they're jock this week.

Actually, you better hope for no snow. Brady statistically plays near perfect in snow games. I cant remember Brady ever losing a snow game. If im correct, every snow game except the tuck rule game has been a blowout.

Im just going to say. I WISH that the Patriots could play the falcons. The Falcons beat lesser teams and lost to the two legit ones they played. I bet ESPN still ranks ATL first this week in Power Rankings.

Patriots are much better than ATL IMO.....pats played the ravens, steelers, jets twice, chargers and colts.....ATL played inferior teams and at times struggled. there is no way you can compare the two. NFC is a weaker conference.

They beat the Ravens, Steelers, Chargers, Colts, and lost to the Jets once and beat.. I mean destroyed the Jets once. All while adapting to a change in offense and having a young defense.

I can't remember ATL's schedule of by heart, but they beat the Steelers, Saints, and Green Bay who are pretty good. But they did struggle to beat Tampa. People need to stop saying Tampa can't beat good teams. They have been pretty close to beating ATL twice.

                        nooooooo

Falcons lost to the Steelers and Eagles.
                        They didn't beat the Steelers.

And when they beat the Saints thats when Bree's was pick happy and in a rut.

                        So Falcons played

                        Steelers (L)
                        Cardinals (W)
                        Saints (W)
                        49ers (W)
                        Browns (W)
                        Eagles (L)
                        Bengals (W)
                        Bucs (W)
                        Ravens (W)
                        Rams (W)
                        Packers (W)
                        Bucs (W)

The only great teams they beat were Ravens & Packers, The Saints win was when the Saints werent playing good and Bree's kept throwing interceptions.

Compare that schedule to the Patriots

                        Bengals (W)
                        Jets (L)
                        Bills (W)
                        Dolphins (W)
                        - Post Randy Moss -
                        Ravens (W)
                        Chargers (W)
                        Vikings (W)
Browns (L - A planned loss to make them be underdogs again lol)
                        Steelers (W)
                        Colts (W)
                        Lions (W)
                        Jets (Obliteration)

I hate the Patriots. Least favorite team in the league. Cannot stand anything about them.

The Bears defense should be able to stop the newfound Patriot running game. But what I really fear is the spread. The Bears defense struggles against quick throwing spread teams because the middle of the field is wide open in our scheme.

It will be all about tackling. If the Bears tackle well and force a turnover or two this could be a really interesting game. Otherwise the Patriots could force it into a pass happy affair and Dr. Jeykll will come out again.

                            Seriously?

You hate a team that never trash talks?
A team that is always respectful of other players?
A team that is anti-diva player and team focused?
A team that gives you almost no reason to hate them?

Or is the word you meant to say Jealous because they win?

Bill Belicheck coached the Cleveland Browns. I grew up in Ohio. He was horrible.

I hate there spread offense that is only possible because of new rules the NFL has put in to create a pass happy league.

I hate people who say everything you just said. They have had plenty of divas, have shown as much lack of respect as any other team and worst of all they have fans that act holier than thou, as your post surely shows.

Thanks for playing! Can't wait until Sunday.
