How do you renovate the stadiums?

In owner mode, on the "owner mode off-season" go to stadiums. From there you can upgrade, rename, relocate, etc.

Well from what I understand, you have to wait until the off-season.

When I go to the menu to renovate, rebuild, relocate, rename, and upgrade the renovate selection is not available. Do you have to have a certain amt of funds ready?
I am Miami on the PS2 its the end of my 1st year.

Maybe it depends on which stadium you are in, because I had the same problem with the Vikings after year 1.

Its for "USER created Stadius only"
Look at pg. 22 of your manual 3/4 of the way down.

Possible- all you have to do is build a new user stadium and model it on old Qualcomm. And name it Qualcomm, of course.
