First let me say, I am not going to stop my Coach Dodge Dynasty, because I am having way to much fun and I am enjoying my team alot right now, but after watching BSU tonight, and seeing JLWebb get Marshall to the Big East, I have become motivated to restart up my Boise State dynasty again.


I am leaving tomorrow for a week for Christmas vacation to visit my family, but would like to start this when I return. My plan is to sim the 2010 season and start with the 2011 season.

I will give a recap of what happened around the nation in 2010, plan on having major conference shakeups, and will be taking board members recruits for the 2011 season.

I am going to try and do 10 players for year 1, 5 for year 2, 5 for year 3, 5 year 4 then in year 5 I will take another 10 players.

A twist I am going to add for this dynasty is the ability to create a Coach.

What I want is Name of your Coach

Run Defense/Pass Defense

What I will do is at the end of a season, I will send you a PM of the schools that finish with less then 3 wins. First Coach on the list will get a choice of what school he wants, then Coach #2 will get a choice of the next school. I will take as many coaches as there is teams open that year. If only 2 teams are available. Coach #3 will have first choice the next year and so on... If a mid level team has success for multiple years in a row and a BCS school struggles for multiple years in a row, I will replace the struggling coach with the mid level coach, opening up more schools to choose from.


You can create 1 player until he graduates, (Sorry no Brother duos in this one) and you can create 1 coach that will be on the waiting list until a school opens up.

Off. Playbook: run balanced for rushing (heavy on the I-option) or spread for passing offense

I'll decide the run/pass a little better depending on what schools are open and what types of athletes they have.


Just a heads up, in mine I found out that you can't really change the recruiting style for a CPU team. So if someone changes from a 3-4 to a 4-3 or vice versa, they'll still recruit for the former defense. Same on the offensive side too. Not sure if you caught that or not while you've messed around in your dynasties.

Base D: 4-2-5 (if that's available, i can't remember other wise go the 3-3-5)

if possible choose either Houston or Hawaii playbook, Sub out 70 for offense, and sub out 45 for defense.

Just wanted to stop in and wish everyone a Merry Christmas. I am at my parents for the next 3 days and the 360 didn't make the trip, but I am very excited about this new dynasty.
