    Underrated

I'm disappointed that a player like Marquis Daniels one of Boston's best defensive players is given an absolutely terrible defensive rating ~64 one of the worst on the Celtics.

What annoys me even more is then you give players like Kobe Bryant 96 defense purely because he's Kobe Bryant not because hes actually that good at defense.

But come on Daniels defensive ratings should be in the high 80's. I'm sure there are lots of other players out there not getting what they deserve.

Yeah I agree with you, they leave alot to be desired on ratings. Not sure where they come up with this stuff but they are pretty bad. Rashidi's rosters when done will be a very accurate but the only bad thing is you don't have all the 2k player pictures, instead you have a lot of created caps in the game.

      Daniels isnt a shut-down defender.

Kobe has been on All-Defensive teams. He's no Raja Bell, but cant get that upset over his defensive ratings.

We have the ability to change the numbers to our liking.

Whether a player is on the NBA defensive team means little to me. When i watch them play defense on the court is what matters more and obviously stats can be different because of minutes.

Ron Artest is a better defender than Kobe Bryant.

Sure he has one defensive player of the year but he has been on the NBA defensive team 2 times vs Kobe 8 times see what i mean?

Daniels is usually placed on the opponents best scorer when he is on the floor.
