What is the secret to make settings stick?
I'm trying to get the game to remain on Veteran with pitch speed at 0, but it changes back everytime no matter what I do. I also set it to auto fielding and baserunning only to see that change, as well. What is the secret?Tags: None -

did you save it to your profile?I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.
I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(

I believe its from the main menu. Sorry, don't have game in front of me to be 100% sure. If someone doesn't check before I get a chance to, I will.
But I think you need to set the settings in the main menu, save them to your profile and then go into your game mode.I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.

Make sure to save your settings globally AND under your Profile. So, essentially, you will need to set/save them twice.
Sliders need to be saved too, but you can't attach them to a specific Profile.
Save your settings within your season/franchise/RTTS and from the main menu.
I also keep auto save OFF, and load my settings every time I fire the game up from the main menu.
Most of the time, oddly, the game still wants me to save my settings (and sliders sometimes) immediately upon finishing up a franchise game, but when literally NOTHING is out if the ordinary; so, if this happens to you, just ignore this.Comment

This is what I do. I turn auto save off and load my settings each time I start up the game. It literally takes 5 seconds so not a big deal.

Re: What is the secret to make settings stick?
I have found out that when you save a game in that is in progress and you go back into the game later you will always have to fix your settings. I hope I am wrong however I have always had fix my settings always!! I guess that is a broken part of the game. But it is fixable to deal with.Comment
