    Any comments on roster update #8?

    OK, so we saw the list of new AHL players and we know ratings are the same.

    Are there any comments beyond that? I know last time there were issues with salaries (D'Amigo) and with missing players (like Jeff Petry).

    Any issues this time or is it a pretty solid update?

      Looks pretty solid, other than ratings. They are missing some NHL rights on Junior and European players as before, so you will have to go through those. Petry is in, haven't checked D'amigo's salary yet. Just curious as to what the CAP space is to be able to create a few of the higher touted prospects not in the game, and to create the very few missing players in the update.

          Except for ratings which will happen in the next update, it pretty much on point. Petry is in and D'Amigo salary is fixed.
          I dont remember there names but they were allot of fun....

              I've got a few players that have doubles. The original players are on the right team but they've all got evil twins in the Free Agents list (who sometimes have higher overall ratings and almost always a higher potential). Does anyone else have this problem?

                  If you created players before the update, this will happen. Delete all rosters, turn off the system, then load the game and download the new update.

                      With the doubles they fill your minor league depth chart. They shouldn't be under contract. If you offer one a contract after the season starts he disappears of the FA list.

                          Val Filppula is still missing from the Wings in online VS. In reality he only missed 2 games and that was over a month ago.
