    Congratulations!!!!

Nothing like getting #74 by going the way of the short porch in left.

    I kid....again, congratulations!

You'd think the fans would show up with such a record on the line. Looks like any old July game against the Pirates type attendance instead.

            I want a PS3 so much.

Nice job. I can barely hit like, 20 in a season.

Nice editing there with the high light part in the end while keeping from interrupting Matt's shot. And nice graphics haha, congrats too!
Why did I move here? I guess it was the weather.

Leave it to the guys at SCEA to even put Steroids in the game!!

                Nice job!

On a side note, the crowd should have been going nuts as soon as you came up to bat, especially since it was a home game too!, hopefully they addressed this in '11

Anybody else other than bonds having that record is good news. Good for you.

I completely agree. It's unfortunate Griffey Jr. got hurt. He'd have broken that record for sure, and legitimately, too. Unfortunately, it looks as if A-Rod (Fraud, Roid, etc. take your pick) is gonna claim rights to that title...

I remember watching the game where Bonds broke the record and Hank's video played. I was talking with some buddies online at the time and someone posted a picture of Bonds, all juiced up, right beside a picture of skinny Henry Aaron. It definitely brought a tear to my, and I wasn't even alive when Aaron was playing.

Thanks for the video clip after I watched yours, I watched the Arod 73rd HR and the sound of the crowd seemed a bit more lively. Also noticed it seems Guess Pitching is the virtual steriod for both players.. (wink).. Congrats man

Unless ARod has a resurgence, I don't think he will make it.

He will be 35 this year, and still need to average 30 HR a year for the next 5 years just to catch Bonds (that would put him 1 home run ahead). I just don't think he keep up the pace he has hit the last 2 years (30 HR), so that means it'll take him a 6th year. I guess it isn't out of the question, but I don't think he will get there (then again, I thought Bonds would come up one season short too).

WHOOPS! I was confusing single season homers with career homers.

That having been said, I think you might be right. Or at least, I hope you are.

Honestly, I expected more out of the crowd, announcer, and presentation. Announcer should have gone crazy when he hit it like "And there it is folks! #74! You've just witnessed the new single-season home run king!" or something like that. Also, should have had the crowd going insane during the AB, and after the HR as well as maybe the player giving a curtain call, being mobbed at home plate, maybe the crowd with a standing ovation, and something on the jumbo screen that says "NEW RECORD!" or something.
