Madden 12 Franchise
 

What is the latest on this? Are they sticking to their plan to actually re-tool franchise mode, or is it yet another year of the same garbage?

I bought Madden for the first time in 4 years last season, and dear God did I regret it. I couldn't believe after all that time it was the SAME exact mode, only maybe worse. I'll only be getting it this year if franchise is changed for the better.

Well, nobody knows to what extent. The hype around here is that the time has officially come for this year to be focused on franchise. I have high hopes as well.

My hopes arent' THAT high....although I'd expect to get the same franchise + return the halftime show, maybe get the local newspaper articles and position by position scouting....all things they've already done so it should be easy.
Of course I'd LIKE a lot more than that but anything that at least gets it on par with old gen franchise (boy, talk about lowering expectations) would actually make me happy.

They said that the Franchise wll receive update, but in long terms, I just hope that M12 dont have one or two new things in franchise mode and every year they put another and another new thing.

Nobody knows what's coming.

If someone bought Madden 4 years ago, you'd notice changes.


They never took out extra point. I don't know they ever HAD a halftime show.
