Superstars never become Free Agents

How do i fix that? Superstars or even All Stars never become free agents. It sucks because i get enough cap space in the off season to sign somebody but nobody ever shows up

I don't know what to tell you man. There's almost always superstars in my free agency. What do you consider a super star or all-star? Carmelo almost always becomes a FA. Guys like Jonny Flynn and Brandon Jennings almost always become FA when they're like 85-90 overalls.

melo never appears on fa, so is paul, gotta wait till year 3, jennings, harden, josh smith, sometimes bynum, flynn, all become 85-90s, and that also shows how bad 2k's rating on players are, harden and flynn will not be 85-90 in the next 2 years man

I bet I have started 20 dynasties and never once has Carmello not been a free agent after the first year.

Yeah and on the rare occasion someone does go to free agency, they sign with their old team again most of the time. Hopefully this is fixed in 2K12.

This. Almost always signs with the Kings in my associations.

it seems like some ppl, have not seen superstars become fa, some do all the time, do we have two versions of the game, or is it of the console? I am a ps3 user, r u guys xbox, thsoe that see superstars in fa...

I agree...I never see superstars in my FA pool either...Year 3 Rose, D-Wills, and a couple other studs were about to become FA but resigned with their old teams..I ended up just making a trade for Carmelo...and Im on PS3

Yeah on PS3 i've never had anyone over an 82 OVR go to free agency. They always resign no matter what.

First association I started, played all 82, and Melo signed with the CAVS in the off-season.

Makes for an interesting 2011-2012 season.

That's very strange, Carmelo ALWAYS go into FA on my game, as well as CP3, what is wrong with the rest of your games?
