What are you gonna do in your franchise?

With the release so close, and some even already having the game, i'm sure the thoughts are racing through everyone's heads. What team are you gonna use in franchise, and what are some plans you have for your team?

well im gona use the M's and in the vault make a rookie Ken Griffey JR and have him save the chise and turn them around!

Use the Padres. Get Knights roster and probably (depending on good he turns out in the set and his ST sim stats) give Casey Kelly or Simon Castro the #5 spot. I hate LeBlanc and Stauffer.

Could someone tell how long does it take from the day the game releases for Knight's roster to come out?

I'll be using the Mets and will be trying to improve that rotation as best as I can.

Can't say this year but it will be MUCH faster with the Player Vault feature. At least for V1.

Going to roll with the Mariners and wait for Knight's rosters. I'll probably end up simming more the first year than my others years just because this team is so bad.

I wasn't planning on the using the Dodgers, but I've been lured by their starting pitching. And as I wait for Knight/Co rosters, I'll play as different teams to get a feel for sliders that need tweaking.

I won't do anything to drastic with the Dodgers, but I will be on the lookout for a LF, 3B and potentially a 1B at season's end. I've never been a fan of platooning position players in a video game, but I will with my LFers this year.

I'm also going to be doing more simming so I can play multiple seasons. What I have yet to determine is how I'm going to sim those games - MoM, SportsCast, etc.

I plan on using a team like the Marlins or Indians and try to build through the farm system like Tampa Bay does in real-life. Goal is to have a winning team with all youngsters.

Haven't played run a franchise in an MLB title in a long time...I gotta start out with my Braves and take the NL East back...LOL

I'll use the White Sox until Knights' rosters come out. Then I'll start another franchise with the DBacks.

The game isn't allowed to put all of the real-life prospects in the game because they're not part of the Player's Assosiation, so every year Knight takes the time to create every prospect as realistically as he can so that people's franchise can be mor realistic and fun.

Anyways, this year I'll be rolling with the Blue Jays as usual. Hopefully try to get to the top of the AL East. I don't know about you guys, but I'm someone who has to play every single game, or else it doesn't feel the same I guess. Hopefully I'll be able to get through a season or two, which I never seem to be able to do lol.

I'm not a fan of making wholesale changes to a franchise I inherit in the first year.

I'll usually play a season and start chopping and changing at the end.
