Players That Play Above Their Rating (Studs rated like Duds)

For Me it would be J.R. Smith (69), can score 30 in his sleep. Alonzo Gee (68), super fast and throws down monster jams. And shockingly Ryan Hollins (55) is a beast on the boards and blocks a TON of shots for me. How about you guys? Who plays above their rating for you?

Dahntay Jones - I know he's already a 72, but the guy is a straight up shut-down defender. I traded for him in my Wizards Association, and every game that I face a superstar wing player (like Kobe, Durant, Brandon Roy, etc) I just put Jones on that player and let him go to work. He's also got a decent mid-range jumper, and he can throw down inside the paint.

Francisco Garcia - I played in an Online League and ended up with Francisco Garcia on my team. I was struggling to put up points for a while, so I decided to give him a shot (with his 69 overall at the time)... next thing I know, I've won like 5 games straight and was putting up 20 ppg with Garcia. The guy can flat-out shoot the ball, and he's a very underrated defender. Solid at staying in front of his man, and can block shots better than most SGs.

Terrico White, Detroit Pistons. The guy can jump out the gym, is a great defender and has a decent jumpshot as well. I think his rating is like a 66. I like him better than Stuckey on the game.

Daniel Gibson of the Cavs, he's rated a 61. Hit's the 3 with ease, can stroke the mid-range shot no problem either. Also young at 24 in game.

Afflalo, can drain 3's like nobody's business and he's always a bargain after 2011.

James Harden might be a little highly rated for this list, I think he starts at a 74ish, but he plays high 80's type of good for me. Great on ball defender, athletic and great size for a guard, and he can score anywhere on the court; with contact in the paint, dropping mid range j's, or bombs from behind the arc. I can easily put up 40 with him.

Pop's Mensah-Bonsu and Jamario Moon also Jordan Crawford

I have always used Pops just because for the rating he always receives he is very athletic and with a 70 inside shot he seems to never miss a hook shot and draws a ton of fouls. Moon I have never tried until recently I was watching some youtube video's and never knew how atheltic he was def a very good defender in game.

Crawford is by far my fav rookie and one of my fav players I have found and have played with first two games with him avg 21.5 points and has a silky shot

Semih Erden. I picked him up as a bench player but whenever he's in, he moves well, he blocks shots, gets a bunch of rebounds and can hit his free throws.

Mike Bibby. Guy is rated a 73 but, in his debut with the Miami Heat, scored 47 points for me, including 8 three-pointers and got to the rim like nobody's business. I am at the half currently in another game and he already has 9 points. Kid can ball.

I dont consider bibby underrated at all lol look at the career he has had or the type of player her has always been in past 2k's.....
