Season 7 Offline...WOW!
 

Had to post this. I have built ISU into a "powerhouse" and am currently undefeated with 2 weeks left. There are a total of 6 undefeated teams and in the BCS I am currently 5th.

1 Alabama 11-0 (#7 Florida, #24 Tenn, #13 Aub)
2 USC 11-0 (#19 Arizona St, #16 Notre Dame)
3 Penn St 10-0 (#14 Michigan, #15 Iowa)
4 Oklahoma 11-0 (#12 Texas)
5 CYCLONES 11-0 (#16 Notre Dame, #15 Iowa, #22 Mizzou)
6 Boise St 10-0 (NONE)

Penn St has #11 Pitt to play still. I need them to lose that. I need Alabama to lose their conference championship and I need to beat Oklahoma in mine...to be in the Top 2.

Right about now, I wish there was a tournament added in because this would be such a mess in real life. I purposely added Notre Dame to my schedule knowing that my team was good this season and I had a weak in conference schedule.

Maybe I can get a split championship somehow :y13:

Wow...I'm in year 7 also and set to play in my first national title game.

There is only one undefeated team in the nation, 12-0 Penn State, who won last year's national title with an undefeated record as well. My team, Tulane, is 12-1.

I built my teambuilder team into a powerhouse. In year 7 I was ranked 3 to start the season. I'm in the Sunbelt, and for the life of me cannot get an invite. I have 4 out of conference games a year, and I always schedule 4 of the top 5 teams.

Year seven week 1 I am #3...

start of 7-0.... I have dropped to #6

I defeat #5 Florida, so I'm thinking I'll move up... nope, I get dropped to #8

Last two games of the year are against #1 Ohio State and #2 Alabama... I beat both teams and finish the year at #6

In WHAT world would something like this ever happen??

I started out #3, I defeat the #3, 5, 2, and 1 teams in the country, and I end up #6?!?!?!


this is the first thing about this game that has truly pissed me off

Unfortunatly this is a huge problem that just continues. I'm in 2025 in my 8th year with Florida State and have been to the NC once and only because I manipulated so a team I needed to lose did just that. Now of course this season I scheduled Penn State for a late game becuase they're almost always number 1 and they go and lose two games before we even face off!

So I'm 3rd, fresno state 2, and OSU 1 and my only hope is to win my next two top ten matchups and jump Frseno but after reading above the jump doesnt sound likely.

They had this same problem in NCAA 2009. They fixed it in NCAA 2010 and now its back.
