Hopefully a new defensive feature this year. That would give me hope for improved defense overall this year. God knows it can't possibly be the surprise onside kick. WHo would be the cover player graham gano?

From what I remember from he Super Bowl Blog, I think they are going back to What you see on Sunday,True to the Game, or something along those lines as a tag line (like last year was simpler, deeper, quicker or something like that)

wow I clearly phrased this wrong. What I meant was what do you think will be the feature they advertise most about the game his year. for xample: the vision cone, the hit stick, ... etc

for me it would be the consecutive hit tackling, or more than one person being able to jump in and really influence every tackle. Madden 11 has a few ( very few) moments where the animation captures this well, so it can't really be too far off from getting it right.

Madden 10 was tackling and 11 was locomotion....I'm gonna guess a new momentum technology, "Mo-tek" for short. With mo-tek, the game will take players angles and speeds into account when it decides how a player is tackled.

Now be prepared to hear the phrase mo-tek repeated 100,000 times over the next month. :splat:
