Potential Rating for CAPs
 

Are there any other way to tweak a Created Players potential? I notice in the create screen you're limited to 2 Full Stars, 3 Full Stars, 4 Full Stars and Four Full Stars out of 5. I'm working on a Phillies minor league roster and I'm trying to create guys who are more 1 Star Rating/3-4 Star Potential to represent the kind of low-talent high-ceiling players the phils tend to draft. is there a way to do this other than just editing existing players?

You can set their potential at four/five stars and the adjust the numerical ratings down until they are a one star player with four/five star potential.

Oh, ok, thanks. I've just been working out ratings in excel for now and haven't touched the CAP other than to check the categories for ratings and take note on some players skill level.
