    Dynamic Weather

I've played a good number of games since March 8th in season mode and (50 games) have not really noticed any dynamic weather. I went through the user settings and cannot find anything that needs to be turned on.

Anyone else noticing any fog, rain, or some type of dynamic weather changes?

I've had several games that were overcast and several other games that it rained. It's there just depends on time of day, stadium location, ect.

      Re: Dynamic Weather

Im into my 3rd week of my season and have had 2 overcast days.
It actually makes it hard to hit for me.
The screen seems too dark when batting, but is all lit up when pitching.
Im playing as the yankees and its been home games for the first couple of weeks.

Whatever, not a big issue for me as baseball is not a rainy weather type of sport.

I've played a number of 14 game seasons, waiting for the opening day rosters to start my full season. I've played the Red Sox, Astros, Cards, Os, and As.

I've seen overcast but, I saw overcast in MLB 10. I've just not seen nothing new that I've noticed.

During rain games the downfall varies throughout the game.
It can start off heavy and then lighten or sometimes starts off as quite light but starts to come down heavier after a few innings.

Are 14 game seasons an option?

Or are you just playing 14 games in?

Either way, it is dynamic, and calculated geographically for weather patterns in said location. It may need larger sample size of seasons/games to pull from properly.

I guess we dont have rain delays then? I still hope for that feature.

Yeah, it is probably due to such a "short" season, it is calculating each came by certain times of certain months. Since it is probably calculating it like 2 random games a month, where you need a larger sample size for the month to get a better chance to see the dynamic patterns for time of year of whatever region.

Just a guess, but seems the most logical. You have a 2 for 2 chance to see rain for that month, versus a 15 for 15 or 30 for 30 chance for games of that month.

I guess I'll see it when I start the main season then. Thanks for the input guys.
