I cannot make trades. No trade I try to propose receives an interest level above the lowest level of the interest bar. First year of this problem. All previous MLB The Show had no trade problems.

When are you trying to trade players? This is a huge factor. Teams are not normally willing to trade at the beginning of the season, just like in real life. Most teams feel out the season and based upon their record or other circumstances they will make trades if need be. Teams will start becoming interested in trading a little before the all star break.NHL-Minnesota Wild

I tested this out yesterday with a Blue Jays Franchise and bwiggy33 is right.
I tried acquiring Jose Reyes just for fun.
At the start of the season i offered a nice package of prospects and got rejected with no interest whatsoever but a week before the All-Star break with the Mets 11 games out of first, i offered the same package and i managed to acquire Jose Reyes and Luis Castillo.Chicago Cubs Franchise - 2019 (1-0)
