Hire a college coach?

I always get that goal, but itseems like the college coaches become head coaches. Who is usually available and when? Who has that playbook?

DBC Chipper Duncan is a college coach you can get the 1st off season. I've listed some of the other college coaches you can get here:

No, I'm pretty sure you can hire him at the same time you hire the rest of the defensive coaches. January 15-17 or thereabouts.
