You merely get a 'final receipt' when you pick up your game. The money is spent.

pre order closer to the madden release day. I perfer gamestop, my gamestop always messes up on BIG midnight release games. I got M10 and M11 for free.....Well not really free, i payed the $5 to pre order lol

It's illegal for a company to take the money out of your account until you have the item (or in the case of online shopping, it being shipped)

Well some people like to go with places like Amazon because they might get madden a few days before release time. But if you have a local Gamestop near by. I would go with GS more then anything. I never trust online stores to get my games. I wheather do it local. Just knowing that my game will be there on time. If I was you I would go with GS. But bro no one can truly tell you what to go with. That's all up to you and how you feel about that company.

I never buy from Gamestop. A lot of people are obsessed with that place but all they do is rip people off and people are to blind to see it. Not with new games but with used games/trade ins so I don't support them at all.

I recommend Amazon. They often have good deals to go along with the game and I often recieve games from them on the morning of the release date. Also, if you preorder no money comes out until the game ships.

My GS always messes up on big midnight releases....I got M10 and M11 both for just the $5 preorder price...lol

My GS rebuilt itself this yr to make it bigger just to handle the ammounts of ppl that come on big releases....But what they didnt count on was that more people now come to that particular GS than before because it is now bigger..... so they are basically back to square 1, they just need a more organized way to control the crowd and maybe it wont happen for a 3rd time
